Wildflower of Nunavut is a two track EP which starts out with “Saxifragga Oppositifolia I”, which begins with a mid-tempo two note repeating sequence that has a synth pad playing a slow melody under it. Then it is joined by a higher-pitched string note, which drones softly in the background. Then there is the sound of a microphone being adjusted, as a voice comes in and speaks some words. There is more microphone adjusting, and the voice speaks again. Then, more microphone adjustment, then more speaking. This continues, until another voice speaks softly and slowly. Then, the first voice clip is repeated several more times. A sound whose nature is indiscernible plays, sounding a bit like something being moved across a floor. It is repeated a few times. The music slowly starts fading out, with the sound like something moving played over the fading music a couple of times. Then, there is the sound of an engine playing with the voice clip.
In “Saxifragga Oppositifolia II”, a crystal-like instrument with some bell harmonics plays a short melody, which after about a minute and a half is joined by a short synth string melody. The sound of wind blowing joins the music, and the synth string plays an octave higher, then plays back in its previous state, then goes back to playing an octave higher. Then the synth string drops out, leaving the crystal-like synth and the sound of wind, only to return in a bit. A soft drone of noise plays over the music, and a voice begins to speak. The drone of noise changes in character, and plays with a lot of bass, but with the entire volume of the drone being quite low. The voice speaks again. There is more droning over the music, and eventually the voice speaks once more. The music continues to play with the droning. The music stops, and a low rush of wind makes itself known, is modified once, and then continues to play until it dissipates in a fade out, ending the EP.
